OUR COMPANY PRIVACY POLICY
Basilica Business Center (identified here below as BBC) belongs to the company International Intellectual Property Services (IIPS) located at Avenue Goffin 158, B-1082 Bruxelles.
This Privacy Policy will explain how our organization use personal data according to RGDP, BBC may collect from residents or BBC employees of the BBC or from users of the BBC web site (defined hereafter as Users).
What data do we collect ? How do we collect your data ?
BBC may collect personal identification of each User (User status, first name and last name, mail and e-mail addresses, VAT number and invoicing address(es), phone and fax number(s), …) but also cookies, usage data, user computer’s internet protocol address (IP address, browser type, browser version) pages of our site visited, time, date and duration of page visit and other diagnostic data.
The User directly provides BBC with most of the collected data. BBC will collect data and process data when:
the User will register online and/or will request information to BBC,
the User will voluntary complete a customer survey or provide feedback to our request,
the User is using or viewing the BBC website, via browser’s cookies.
Cookies are text files places on your computer to collect standard internet log information and behaviour information (especially language you prefer to use or location the user is present). When the visitor will visit BBC web site, BBC or its partner(s) may collect information from the visitor automatically through cookies or similar technology.
BBC may collect User data so that BBC can process User order and manage User account. BBC may further send to the User information about products and services of BBC, that BBC thinks the User might like, as well as those of BBC partner companies or partner organizations.
In particular, the collected information might be used to send invitations to events organized into the BBC or organized by the BBC and/or partner companies or partner organizations, such as HUB Brussels organization.
BBC will retain and evaluate information on recent visits to BBC web site and how these people move around different sections of the BBC web site for analytics purpose to understand how people use BBC web site, so that BBC can make it more intuitive.
If the User has agreed to receive marketing, the User may always opt out at a later date.
BBC will retain User personal data, only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out on this Privacy Policy. BBC will retain and use the User personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforces BBC legal agreements and policies.
Under certain circumstances, BBC may be required to disclose the User personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid request coming from national public authorities, such as Belgian courts or a government agencies.
BBC web site may contain links to others web sites. The present Privacy Policy applies only to the BBC web site, so if the User will click on a link to another website, the User should read their Privacy Policy.
BBC will securely store the User data and the User has the right to request BBC for copies of his personal data, but BBC may charge a fee for this service.
The User has the right to request BBC for a correction of any information that could be inaccurate and to request BBC to complete the information that is not correct or incomplete.
BBC may update the present Privacy Policy from time to time and will inform the User of any change by posting the new Privacy Policy on their web site or inform directly each User.
The User is invited to review the present Privacy Policy periodically for any change.
